Mrs. Nora Blackwell Darley, age 90, of Wray, passed away early Friday Morning, July 3, 2015, at the Life Care Facility in Orange Park, Florida, following an extended illness. She was born November 4, 1924 to the late Agnes Pearl and Joseph Terrell Blackwell of Douglas.
Mrs. Darley, a native of Coffee County, had lived in Willacoochee for most of her life as a farmer and homemaker. She was very active in church and was known for her beautiful singing Voice.
Survivors include: 3 Daughters: Judy Elder of Middleburg, Florida, Ellen (Keith) Phillips of Wray, GA and Wanda (Robert) Morris of Tifton, GA; 6 Grandchildren: Misti Phillips Baldwin, Amber Phillips Rutledge, Lindsay Elder Harmon, Mae Elder McCluney, Kassandra Morris, and Andrea Morris; 6 Great Grandchildren: Chase Baldwin, Lane Rutledge, Levi Rutledge, Greer Rutledge, Ty Rutledge, and Nash Harmon. Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Other Relatives.
Graveside Services and Interment will be held Saturday, July 4, 2015, at 4:00 P. M., at the Willacoochee City Cemetery, in Willacoochee, Atkinson County, Georgia.
