Daniel Clayton “Danny” Taylor, age 70, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick following an extended illness. Danny was born January 3, 1951 in Alma to parents Paul G. Taylor Sr. and Lois Russ Taylor. He lived in Brunswick until his high school graduation from Glynn Academy. The Jeff Davis County Drug Unit with assistance from the Hazlehurst Police Department has arrested 29 individuals on drug and firearms charges. The agencies began concentrated patrol and other covert operations targeting dangerous drugs from January – March 2021.
