Cinnamon dip recipe and 4-H events update Kevin Tatum, County Extension Coordinator This week’s easy recipe comes from the UGA SNAP-ED’s Food Talk, Cinnamon Dip. The list of ingredients includes 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1os cinnamon. Place yogurt in small (1 cup) bowl. Add brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon to the yogurt. Stir until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fruits, such as apple wedges, banana slices, strawberries, or peaches. Tempa Harper Knight, age 93, of Broxton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020 following an extended illness. Mrs. Knight was born on January 2, 1927 in Coffee County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Jesse and Sarah Hutto Harper. Mrs. Knight was a homemaker and a member of Broxton Church of God. Mr. Orville Carter, age 78 of Douglas, passed away early Saturday morning, April 18, 2020, at his residence following a short illness. Mr. Carter was born September 5, 1941 to the late Hubert Carter and the late Janie Carver Carter.
