The No. 17 South Georgia State College Hawks utilized a 14-4 run midway through the second half Wednesday night to survive an upset bid by East Georgia State, defeating the Bobcats, 89-75. A new docent, Kelly Hoomes, has joined the World War II Flight Training Museum. Kelly is certified by the National Association of Interpretation as an interpretive guide and interpretive planner. She also possesses historic aviation knowledge that she gained while working at the Wright Brothers National Memorial at the Museum of Alabama in Montgomery. Kelly is experienced in education programs and tour development, and her primary goal is to provide a meaningful and positive tour for our Museum visitors.
