Vicky Ann Powell, age 60, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, GA. She was born on November 22, 1965 the daughter of Mr. Dennis Powell and the late Mrs. Connie Powell.
Her survivors include her father, Dennis Powell, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Connie Powell.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Faith Mission Assembly of God, at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Willie Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers include: J.R. Powell, Jerome Burkett, Blake Burkett, Brandon Burkett, Joey Burkett, Matthew Moss, Bailey Moss, and Michael McDaniel.
