Wiregrass Georgia Technical College is pleased to announce the summer 2015 commencement is scheduled for August 5, 2015. The ceremony will be held at the Grand Theatre in Fitzgerald at 10 a.m.
This semester, Wiregrass has 248 students graduating with 206 technical certificates, 170 diplomas, and 74 degree programs.
Wiregrass will be sharing the story of a single mother of two who returned to school while working a full-time job, balancing 450 hours of clinicals and 75 internship hours, to earn her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paramedicine.
