Grady Sanford, age 89, of Warner Robins, Ga passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, Ga. following an extended illness. Mr. Sanford was born on October 31, 1927, in Milan, Ga. to the late Sidney Thomas Sanford and Cynthia Hammock Sanford.

Survivors include: his two daughters, Rosemary (Phillip) Jackson of Eatonton, Ga. and Rhonda Sanford of Warner Robins, Ga.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Sanford.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m at Sims Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. John Milam and Rev. Kenny Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Broxton City Cemetery.

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
