Curtis Swilley Vickers, age 81, of Ambrose, GA passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016, at his residence. Mr. Vickers was born on November 17, 1935, in Ambrose, Georgia to the late William Curtis Vickers and Mollye Swilley Vickers.
Survivors include: Wife: Hilda Lyon Vickers of Ambrose, GA; Sons: Randall Vickers of Wray, GA: Curtis (Tracey) Vickers of Ambrose, GA. Sisters: Patricia (Jerry) Rickert of Jasper, GA, Simone (Carl) Cross of Douglas, GA, Brenda Sandvoss of Porte Vera, FL; one grandson Micajah Curtis Vickers Preceded in death by: Father: William Curti Vickers, Mother: Mollye Swilley Vickers.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 6:00 Pm to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Carroll Carver, Rev. George Carroll Paulk and Rev. Robert Merritt officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
