Mrs. Gloria Faye Ouzts Cloud, age 74 of Douglas, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 28, 2018, at Hazlehurst Court Care and Rehab in Hazlehurst, GA following an extended illness. Mrs. Cloud, a native of Cairo, GA was born April 14, 1944, to the late A. J. Ouzts and the late Jewell Lee Lambert Ouzts.

Mrs. Cloud was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Douglas.

Survivors include: her husband of 55 years, Hubert “Wayne” Cloud of Douglas, GA; daughters: Lisa Cloud Jones and her husband Donald of Creswell and Janet Lee Cloud Pridgen and her husband Derek of Broxton, GA; son, Kevin Cloud and his wife Lori Fultz Cloud of Pelzer, SC; grandchildren: Emily and Stephen Pridgen of Broxton, GA., Abigail, Savannah and Olivia Cloud all of Pelzer, SC.; brother: Larry Ouzts and his wife Susan of Bainbridge, GA.; aunts and uncles: Wylene Harrison and her husband, Larry of Bainbridge, GA., Gene Ouzts and his wife JeanAnn of Climax, GA., Rufus Ouzts and his wife Betty of Cairo, GA., Earlene Ouzts of Cairo, GA; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews

The funeral service was held Monday morning, July 2, 2018, at 11 A. M. at First Baptist Church in Douglas where Dr. Shep Johnson officiated. The interment followed in Reedy Branch Cemetery near Broxton.

Active Pallbearers were: Emmett Cloud, Ken Dollar, Bobby Brown, Curtis Brown, Tim Burdick and Mickey Thomas.

Ricketson Funeral Home was is in charge of the arrangements.
