Mrs. Harshika Ben Patel, age 60 of Hazlehurst, passed away late Sunday afternoon, March 17, 2019 at her residence in Hazlehurst following a short illness. Mrs. Patel was born May 24, 1958 to Leela Ben Patel and the late Rasiklal Patel. Mrs. Patel was a homemaker.
Survivors include: Husband Chandrhas Patel of Hazlehurst; children Ronak Patel and wife Meredith of Hazlehurst and Darpita Patel of India; mother Leela Ben Patel of Australia; brothers Robert Patel of Australia and Vijay Patel of Williamsburg, Virginia; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
The funeral service will be Friday afternoon, March 22, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home. The inurnment will follow at a later date.
