Robert K. Merritt, age 75, of Douglas, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Merritt was born on January 1, 1945, the son of the late Kenneth V. Merritt and the late Marie LaCroix Merritt.
Mr. Merritt was a retired flight engineer with the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Lynda N. Merritt of Douglas, GA; three sons, Dane Merritt of Douglas, GA, Blake McClain of Jacksonville, FL and Paul McClain of Greenville, TN; two grandchildren, Alora Merritt and Trent Merritt.
Family will have a memorial service at a later date. Memorialization is by cremation.
