Ms. Sue Lynn Fletcher, age 72 of Douglas, GA, passed away Sunday morning, December 5, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Ms. Fletcher was born August 31, 1949 to the late Joe Brown Fletcher and the late Mary Lee Miller Fletcher. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Robert Lee Fletcher, Edward Eugene Fletcher and George Wiley Fletcher and 1 Sister: Anne Fletcher Pickett.

Ms. Fletcher, a native of Coffee County, was a bookkeeper for various businesses in the area. She was a member of West Ward Church of God and she also attended Saving Grace Ministries.

Survivors include:

1 Son: Justin McNeill and wife Robyn of Douglas, GA

1 Daughter: Jennifer Mary McNeill of Douglas, GA

3 Grandchildren: Morgan McNeill and Fiancee Kayla of Douglas, GA
Jonathan Clark and wife Chelsea of North Carolina
Tristan McNeill and wife Maddie of Ocilla, GA

1 Great Grandson: Greyson McNeill of Ocilla, GA

3 Great Granddaughters: Braelynn Clark of North Carolina
Natalie Spires and Callie Spires both of Douglas, GA

2 Brothers: Joel Fletcher of Vero Beach, FL
Ronald Fletcher and wife Fronnie of Douglas, GA

1 Sister: Faye Ward and husband Bill of Douglas, GA

Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.

The funeral service will be Wednesday morning, December 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Saving Grace Ministries with Rev. Cliff Kirkland and Bishop Britt Peavy officiating. The interment will follow in Satilla Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, December 7, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Ricketson Funeral Home.

Active Pallbearers for the service are: Josh Miller, Jared Fletcher, Greg Fletcher, Kevin Fletcher, Joel Auger and Rev. Johnny Smith.

Due to COVID-19, all attendees are asked to adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Also masks should be worn as safety precautions at the visitation, funeral service and interment. We do not furnish masks.

The family has asked that donations be made to Ricketson Funeral Home to help assist with funeral expenses.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
