Vicki Lewis, age 66, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20th, 2025, at her residence, following an extended illness. She was born on August 14th, 1957 the daughter of Mr. Henry F. Lewis Jr. and Mrs. Jean Carol Alexander Lewis.
Her survivors include: one Son; Ricky (Merissa) Lewis of Douglas, GA, two daughters; Debbie (Charley) Lott of Douglas, GA, and Rhonda (Dale) Rentz of Sparks, GA, seven nieces and nephews; Martin Stuart Meeks Jr., Brandon Lewis Meeks, Jordan Fleming Meeks, Joe Lewis, Bobby Sabioe, Carolyn Smith, and Kayla Leigh Parrish. She was preceded in death by: grandfather; Elmer Alexander, father; Henry F. Lewis Jr., and mother; Jean Carol Alexander Lewis.
A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd, 2025, at 2:00PM, at Reedy Branch Baptist Church.
