Robert Nipper, age 80 of Nicholls, Georgia, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 2, 2026, in Lake City, Florida. He was born on October 26, 1945, to the late Wright Nipper and Pearl Spell.
His survivors include: His two daughters, Nancy Hill of Lake City, Florida, and Jan Marie (Joseph) Cannon of Homerville, Georgia. Seven grandchildren: Anisa Royals, James Hayden Davis, JamieLee (Gio) Davis, Kyle Lee (Haylee) Strickland, Jason Wayne Strickland, Kameron Knight, and Karissa Cannon; five great-grandchildren: Akeera Murphy, Memphis Brady, Natelee Strickland, Kaylee Strickland, and Audrey Strickland; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and extended family members.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Douglas Christian Fellowship Church of God with Rev. Buddy Phillips and Rev. Nancy Morgan officiating.
Interment will follow at Chatterton Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
