Mr. Edwin Earl Millard, Jr., age 89, of Douglas, GA passed away early Wednesday, November 29, 2023 following a lengthy illness. Mr. Millard was born Wednesday, June 20, 1934 in Lincoln Park, Michigan, to the late Edwin Earl Millard, Sr. and Helen Marie Lamb Millard. Mr. Millard was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a member of Southview Church of God and was strong in his faith, spending much time in prayer. In earlier years Mr. Millard made his career as a miner in salt mines.
