Mr. Randall Eugene McKinnon, age 60 of Martinez, GA, passed away Saturday morning, October 7, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. McKinnon was born April 12, 1963 to the late Cecil Monroe McKinnon and the late Bobbie Jean Caves McKinnon. Mr. McKinnon, a native of Coffee County, GA, had lived in Martinez, GA for a number of years. He had been employed with Robert Fender Chevrolet as a delivery person. Mrs. Frances Lott Vickers, age 84 of Douglas, GA passed away Wednesday morning, September 27, 2023 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Vickers was born March 25, 1939 to the late Otis Lott and the late Emmie Batten Lott. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Vickers and a brother: David Lott. Mr. Burkett was born August 28, 1953 to the late Julius Burkett and the late Thelma Higgins Burkett. Friday, Kenneth Chesebro, one of the 19 defendants indicted in the Fulton County RICO investigation into former President Donald Trump’s attempts to overturn the 2020 election, pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiring to file false documents.
