Ms. Clara Lee Moody Mercer, age 86 of Willacoochee, GA passed away late Tuesday night, September 19, 2023 at Baptist Village in Waycross, GA. Ms. Mercer was born March 3, 1937 to the late Henry L. Moody and the late Inie Mock Moody. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlie Ben Mercer. Ms. Mercer was born in Pierce County, GA but had lived in the Willacoochee area for many years. She had worked for Williams Institutional Foods for a number of years.
