Mrs. MacQuinn was born on December 27, 1933, in Cambridge, NY to the late Fredrick Fleming, Sr., and the late Helen Moore Fleming. Janice, a Registered Nurse, received her Master’s Degree from Russell Sage College in Albany, NY. She went on to teach Nursing at South Georgia State College in Douglas, Georgia, until she retired.
