Mrs. Latrelle Spivey Anderson, age 69, of Douglas, Georgia passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 18, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family following a courageous battle with cancer. Latrelle was born January 21, 1956, in Douglas, Georgia to the late Clayton Spivey and the late Gladys Corbitt Spivey. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. St. Patrick’s Day ended with a stint in the Coffee County Jail for a 41-year-old Douglas man, according to a press release from the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office. The release states that on the evening of March 17, 2025, deputies received multiple reports regarding a male who appeared to be intoxicated. They arrived on the scene and, after several attempts were able to make contact with Andrew Taylor, 41, of Douglas.
