Mr. Jimmy Lee Mancil Sr., 78 of Douglas, Georgia passed away Wednesday morning, January 24, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Mancil was born March 11, 1945 to the late Naomi Varnedore Whitman in Douglas, Georgia and was adopted by his maternal grandparents, the late Earnest and Alzada Mancil of Ambrose, Georgia.
