South Georgia State College is excited to announce a groundbreaking ceremony at Davis Hall on the Douglas Campus signifying the start of renovations and renewal for the historic building. The ceremony will be held Wednesday, August 26, at 2:30 p.m. first in the Peterson Hall Art Gallery before moving outside. Davis Hall, one of the initial three buildings of South Georgia College from 1906, originally served the college as a dormitory.
