For the second time this month, a 26-year-old was jailed on domestic violence-related charges. The first incident took place on November 2, 2025, while the second incident happened on November 13, 2025.
The first incident allegedly happened on November 2 at around 9:40 p.m. A deputy responded to an Ivy Road address in reference to a domestic incident. When the deputy arrived, he spoke to the victim who stated that when he came home, his ex-girlfriend, Menorah Walker, 26, who still lived at the house, was sitting on the couch charging her phone. The victim stated that when he got another charger, she punched him in the eye, the report says.
Walker stated that the victim had come home drunk and started arguing with her over the phone charger. She said that he got on top of her, pulled her hair, and took the charger. She admitted to punching him in the face but said it was self-defense, according to the report.
The victim had a mark under his left eye. As a result, Walker was arrested and charged with battery – family violence and transported to the Coffee County Jail. She was later released.
But not for long.
The most recent incident happened around 2:30 p.m. on November 13. A deputy responded to the same Ivy Road address in reference to a standby. When the officer arrived, he saw Walker on the property leaving the house, according to an incident report from the sheriff’s office. Now, the two have a no-contact order stemming from the prior incident and Walker was there to get her belongings.
The deputy asked Walker if her ex knew she was there and she said no, according to the report. The officer called her ex and he said he didn’t know she would be there. Her bond from the November 2 incident stipulated that she could not be on the property prior to law enforcement arriving. Magistrate Court verified the bond conditions, the report says.
Walker was arrested again, and this time charged with violating a family violence order. She was booked into the Coffee County Jail and again released.
