The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office was honored to recently receive dozens of “thank you” notes from students at First Academy. K-9 officers, handlers, and the dog, Boo, visited the school last week to give students and faculty a demonstration of the activities involved with the county’s K-9 unit.  The students’ notes were greatly appreciated, as well as their thoughts and prayers.

Local educational institutions and other organizations interested in having a K-9 demonstration at their school or business are encouraged to contact Coffee County K-9 Officer Chris Rozar at (912) 384-4227.
