Mr. Roy Larry Mullis, age 72, of Pearson, passed away at his home on Saturday, August 10, 2019, following an extended illness.

 

Survivors include: Wife, Joyce Royals Mullis of Pearson; sons, Justin Morgan and wife, April of Axson and Scott Morgan of Pearson; brothers, Ralph Troy Mullis and wife, Joyce of Jacksonville, Fla. and Harry Mullis of Pearson; grandchildren, Daysha Arnold and husband, John, Justin Morgan, Jr., Ashlyn Morgan, Madison Morgan, and Mason Morgan; great-grandchildren, Bentley Arnold and Emma Grace Morgan; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Mullis were held on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Pearson with Bishop Stevie Sirmans and Bishop Dan Vickers officiating.  The internment followed in Sweetwater Church Cemetery.

 

Relihan Funeral in Pearson was in charge of the arrangements.
