Mrs. Bera Mae Morgan Gaskin, age 82, of Axson, passed away, Monday, January 20, 2020 at her home following an extended illness.
Survivors include: Daughters Donna Corbitt of Axson and Mauria Disharoon and husband, Wayne of Axson; sister Bernice Entrekin of LaGrange; grandchildren Kristy Shaw and husband, Jason of Valdosta, Mark Corbitt and wife, Miranda of Valdosta, Keith Disharoon and wife, Crissy of Axson, Rick Disharoon and wife, Brittany of Axson, and Kayla Musgrove and husband, Andy of Axson; seven great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Gaskin will be held Thursday, January 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Axson with Rev. Jack Chaney officiating. The interment will follow in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Gaskin will lie in state at the church on Thursday from 12:00 until the funeral hour.
Visitation for Mrs. Gaskin will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2020 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Relihan Funeral Home.
